Need to find coils to level front.

I want to level my truck. I don't want to run spacers. Instead I'd rather just run coils since my OEM ones are probably about beat anyway after 196,000 miles. I have looked online and I went to 4 Wheel Parts today and they said they didn't have anything either. I am now getting discouraged. Please help guys!
 
Is this for the '07?

I ask 'cause I was under the impression that they didn't have "normal" coil springs by that year. I thought it was more like the suspension on a FWD car.

Edit: NVM, I'm an idiot.

Why not just call up a spring manufacturer that you like and ask for their catalog. It should list by dimensions and spring rate.
