at one point I remember someone saying they had zccess to Ford service manuals and could look up wiring colors so here my question.

What color(s) are the parking light wire(s) on the dash switch or in the fuse box?

What I am wanting to do is splice in an interrupter switch for JUST the parking lights. I want to be able to flash them like the big trucks do when you let them over in front of you. Yes I understand that I could do this with the main light switch but my goal is to be able to do this at night without having to turn off the head lights too.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!! :icon_thumby:

ONLY PLACE I CANTHINK OF SENDING YOU TO IS ALLDATAdiy.com i think there services cost, not sure how much

If the wiring colors have not changed since the 93 models, I can tell you, I have a Electrical & Vacuum manual.

Autozone's site has electrical prints on it.

Parking lights wire was consistently brown in color through '94; that's where my reference materials stop. A suggestion, though, is to hit up a website like 12volt.com that lists wiring colors for alarms, for your specific year truck.
