hello everyone i need some help here i have a 90 rang that i just put new body bushings and 3inch body lift i am have a hell of a time lineing up the body i measured from the fram to the inside edge of the rocker to get mytrucked lined up i got the measurments even on both sides but the front is way out my truck was hit so many times i dont know what the right measurments r can somebody out there get me any measurements they can from the frame to the body i dont know if the body is suspose to be offset on the frame or not that why i just centered it but not sure if its right any help would be greatlly appt thanks

There's holes in the floor of the cab and holes in the body mounts, can you just line those holes up and put the bolts through them? When I've replaced my body bushings that's what I've done, I didn't try to center the body on the frame.

if your truck has been hit that many times, chances are you are working with a twisted/torqued frame. i'd just remount the the cab and bed in the original mounting holes, as said above, then take it to a frame shop and have it checked.
just my $.02.

hi guys thats what i did lmy cuz is a frame man in a body shop he checked out the frame a couple of months ago it was good but anothor friend of mine also a body guy said u should make sure the body is square so thats what i did but someone else said that it might have to be offset for the steering that why i am asking anyone out there if they can measure the body from the frame for me so i can get this right .

Just line up the holes on the frame with the holes on the cab/box. If they wont line up, you have serious problems.

Once you've done that, go grab a glass of milk 'cause you are done.
