i have a 86 ranger that came with a 2.0 carbd engine. i have a 2.3l turbo engine out of a 88 thunderbird. i also have a LA3 ecu out of the thunderbird and just have so many questions.
1. Should i go to like painless wiring to get the harness?
2. I want to start from the ground up and rebuld the engine. i purchased a new gasket kit and will be honing the cylinders and replacing rings is there anything else i should do? ex. freeze plugs?
3. I want to install a stinger center mount header with holset hx35 turbo, will they fit? do i need a custom header? Plus what all will i need with switching to stringer header?
4. What size injectors should i run?
5. I am in a wheelchair and will need an automatic transmission conversion, would like to use c4 tranny, and i think that means an adapter plate?

All and all i just want a streetable/drag truck that will be reliable and will produce anywhere from 350-400 hp
