so I'm driving a 2wd 06 ranger with no lift blocks from the factory. I put in 2 inch blocks and now need some shocks othewire I can't flex at all. So, what length do I need to upgrade to, from stock 2wd ones? I've got a parts lady looking for me, but I don't know what size to go to. Will the 4x4 shocks fit the bill? Or do I need longer.

I think the only difference in the suspension of a 4x4 is the lift blocks, so a Ranger 4x4 shock should be fine.

Sounds like an overly simple answer, but how about anything with a 2" longer compressed length than whatever you have now?

So..you did nothing to the front end? Just raided up the rear? Why did you do that for?? Are you hauling a lot in the bed, or towing a lot?

Some people just like a lot of rake man. If I had a 2wd, I'd be all about the lifted rear.
