Need part number for pcv valve HOSE

Hey guys, this is driving me nuts. I can't find a replacement pcv hose, the hose that connects the pcv valve to the upper intake. It's for a 1997 mazda b2300 SE Anybody know the part number or where I can find this hose?

Ford number, for 1997 2.3l is 6853 "from PCV valve to upper intake manifold"

Per Ford site and this one:

1997 Mazda B2300 will use the same one
