Need opinions and call it a "Brain storm"

why not the famous "cut n turn" process or whatever it is for ttb?
i still don't see why you want 37's and 4" lift w/ minimal fender trims? it's not 'that easy'

Cut and turn is just another way of lifting the truck without using drop brackets. It's on the list but after I have other things done first.

And the whole reason I want to do it is exactly because it's not easy. What's the fun with building something that everybody else has built because it's easy?

Fiberglass.
The Front set I have on 9"lift made my 37s look tiny. I know You can fit 37's in the rear with little as 3". So I'd say 4" in the front and rear and glass fenders in the front at a minimum. Then you come to the weak point, the D35. I'm not sure what to tell you there. I'm in the process of swapping in a D44 TTB on mine..

This is what I was looking for. I have an acquaintance who has an '04 Ranger on a D-44 from a '79 Bronco with approx 10" of lift on '37s. That's too tall for me, I love the low but big look because it's also functional at keeping you from being too top heavy.

Just remember you will need to properly set up bumpstops to prevent smashing fenders while running low amounts of lift with 37s.

It was only mockup before i put glass on and rear lift, but see the pic in my avatar? The truck has 37s on 3" bl, stock rear suspension, 6" front with spacers. The 37s fit in the rear but would have very little up travel. 2" more lift and should be a fair compromise in suspension travel to keep COG low.
