Need Opinion on Parts Truck

So I have an 85 Bronco II. I want more power and the easiest thing to do seems to be a 4L swap. I found a 92, 4x4, 4L 5 sp ranger on Craigslist near me that has been rolled. The guy want $525 for it.

Does this seem like a good deal?

I agree! I always try and get the price down. I'm a hagglin' fool. I got the guy down $500 on my truck ($3200 to $2700).
