94's are not as responsive to chips as the later models, though they do help.

if its an auto a swap to a manual should definatly help, along with 410/456 gears.

You didn't give us much help with the vehicle.. For more power take the tall tires off of it.. Put the stock size back on there.. And then if not enough power change the gear size to get more rpm. Power in a 4.0 is always about rpm.. The more you get the better the towing will be. It is not about increasing the HP at a lower rpm.. That ain't gonna work in that little engine.
