Hey, Guys new to the site. My problem is I had new upper and lower control arms installed at the dealership. When I got the truck back it sits higher in the front than before its level now. So I get under it looking it over and pulling measurements. The adjusting bolts on the torsion bars are exactly the same one-inch sticking out. The bump stops are exactly the same on clearance. But when I measure from the ground to fender well the passenger side is half-inch higher than the driver side. They marked the adjusting bolts with a yellow marker so they can put them back exactly where they were. what happened here. Also done away with the 2 piece passenger-side upper and went with the 1 piece. My fault should have taken measurements before doing the work now I don't know what the factory measurement was. I figured the dealership would pull measurements before and after. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Passengers side of the vehicle almost always sits slightly higher by design because roads are not flat they are convex. We drive on the right side of the road so the passengers side is on the lower side of that convex shape of the road, by designing the passengers side to sit slightly higher the vehicle actually drives level.

If the alignment specs are good and the truck drives straight I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks, Dirtman didn't think about the road angle. I was just worried about any possible stress put on the suspension being a little higher in the front. Didn't think new arms would cause this.

Yeah, the alignment sheet looks ok and it drives normal. So I guess it's leveled out now.
