i have a lift for an older year ranger and wondered if ford ever changed the thread size on the trucks? i was gonna use the lift blocks and pucks on a trailer project. i was just gonna use a set of speed nuts from the frame and just wondered if any year truck would work when i visited the pic and pull?? ( this is for my atv to use at the fire hall as a recovery trailer during hunting season/ emergency's in BFE) TKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY IDEAS YOU HAVE PLEASE SHARE.

I'm headed to the pic and pull tomorrow need ideas. I need the spacers from the body lift to hold the platform off the main frame to clear the wheels. i have a piece of 1/4 inch plate attaching to an angle iron frame and thought the speed clips would work better than finding new nuts and bolts?

Seems like however you want to tie that down will work.
It may be cheaper to put in the speed clips for at least a 1/2" bolt.
You could also tap the frame and bolt in directly since it seems you are using an angle iron frame instead of a portion of the original vehicle frame.
