need help

i have a 99 ranger with engine problems what can i swap it has a 3.0 flex fuel what are my options any help would be great.

the crank wont turn and thats all ive bee told 2 do. there was no warning and just quit it started once after it died and now wont start. scaned it and it said somethn about the cam. any ideas? thanks matt
