Need Help Won't Start

I have a 92 Ranger 2.3l it cranks but won't start. It was running perfect when I parked it about 2 weeks ago. Now the fuel pump is not coming on when the key is turned on. I checked fuses and inertia switch all are good. Hot wired the pump, pump runs but still won't start. I tried to pull codes from the computer and my test light stayed on constant, so I replaced the computer. The test light still stays on constant when I try to get the codes. Checked all relays in the power distro box with a multimeter, all have continuity. Poured some gas down the intake and it will start/run for a couple of seconds, so it has spark. I checked the power in the distro box and I have 12.3v on one side with the key off. What could be causing both the fuel pump and injectors not to work?

If it ran when you poured gas down the intake then you've answered your own question:

The truck's not getting fuel for some reason even if the pump is on.

You might want to try checking your fuel filter, maybe your pump is weak/damaged?

The filter was changed about a year ago, so I don't think it is an issue. I am pretty sure the problem is electrical or something in the electronic controls that is stopping the computer from turning on the the pump and injectors. Based on what I had read here and in the haynes manual I thought it was the computer, but since I replaced the computer and have the same problem I am thinking the problem is something else. Could it be the Crank Position Sensor? Is there a way I can test it?
