Need help with my 2002 3.0

I have changed plugs, wires, coil cam sensor and sycronizer, it runs good sometimes then it starts to splutter anything over 3000 rpm it's goes just fine when it runs bad I can smell the fuel and splutters but like I said it comes and goes . Please any suggestions will b greatly appreciated
