Need help with ideas

So as some of you may have seen, im slowly (very slowly) turning my 06 into a "prerunner". now i wont be investing into name brand stuff right now. im looking for more of a piece together build. finding new ways to do things, and making it my own. Ive covered almost every small mod i can think of. im now looking mor for things to inprove the performance.

ill right down a quick mod list of things already done.

Engine:

NGK wires
autolite plugs
k&n drop in filter
silencer delete
ive cleaned all the sensors
E-Fan - need better install and wiring
new t-stat
superchips programer

2x 100W 7" spotlights

clarion 12" sub
800W amp
Cobra 29 LE
fx4 lumbar
ford floor mats

thats what i can think of off the top of my head. any ideas will be warmly welcome! thanks guys. kinda stumped here lol.

Banshee supercharger. Great way to get more power. Your truck probably has relatively low miles on it and still runs great, that's what I'd do.
