need help, trmed off 2'' on fenders

i just took 2'' off my front fenders, what do i do with the inner fender well plastic so you cant see it. any pics would be cool thanks. ps, i opened the whole fender well 2''.

Sounds like you cut too much, you will have to use rubber or weld some new sheetmetal on.

im going to fold the lip over , how it was stock.

you could put the plastic splash shields on top of the inner fender,you will have to cut them up some, but not as much as mine are,if your not running taller shocks mounts.

or just get some flat plastic stock and cut and rivet it in place.i just hacked mine out for now until i use a heat gun on some virgin fender liners to mold it up out of the way.

I used some sheetmetal screws & washers to secure mine at the firewall. (you can see one of the screws at the top-left in this pic)

thanks for the help guys. i got it all taken care of. it looks alot like canyoncritter's job. its still not what i want, i think im gunna get a pair of fiberworx fenders with a 3-4.5 flair. i dont do any real hard rock crawling just hadr trails, so i hope i dont trash them. thanks for all your help.
