Check timing belt

we did a spark test it had spark but it was weak, we checked the timing and it was in time, we checked #2 cyl compression it had only 75psi, when i turn it over it sounds like theirs no compression in one or two of the cyl but im not sure.

how exactly did you check time?
visual inspection of timing belt is all that is needed usually will break or strip teeth from belt. if belt is broken it will sound like it has no compression because cam is not turning to open and close valves so valves remain open and piston just pushes out the air.
