need help... runs rough!

I have an 88 ford ranger 2.9 eng. i put a 3inch body lift and new rims and tires on. took it out mud running and ever sence the idle and running as been rough. feels like its bogging out and i have to hammer on the throttle to get it going. what could be the problem?

Plenty of stuff..Have you pulled codes? When was the last time it was tuned up? I would start there.
