need help please

i have a 03 ranger with a 3.0 and it has a bad miss when idling. recently the thermostat went out and cause my truck to get overheated and shutoff. ive replaced all the plugs,fuelfilter and plugwires when i installed the new thermostat.it missed a little before it got hot but now is real bad.i only notice it when idling and seems to be fine when the rpms go up. please help, i just now got it payed off, in fact the same day it got hot

Check your vacuum hoses... You may have melted one or more when you overheated it.

ive checked and caant find any vacuum lleaks

If your truck overheated I would be checking for a blown head gasket before throwing any more parts at it. Do a cylinder leak down / blow by test.
