Need help identifying a part

Hey guys, just did a clutch job on my 2004 ranger, 4.0v6, 4wd with a 5 speed manual, and a couple days later i found some sort of lever on my floor. Not sure if it belongs to the truck or not, but i figured I would ask you guys if you have any idea what it is. Thanks
