Need help a.s.a.p 1999 ranger!!!

I have a 1999 Ranger 3.0. I placed an order for a used mass air flow sensor and housing, so i had a spare. After I placed my order i got an email saying they need the part numbers off my stock maf and they are cast into the housing. I am looking at doing the housing mod to it once i get home. I am currently serving overseas in Iraq and don't have access to my ranger. I need the casting number off a 99 ranger 3.0 MAF housing. It should be cast on the housing somewhere. i appreciate all the help

The only numbers on my MAF are as follows: On the top of the housing is a number 86 inside of a circle. On the bottom is a number 28 just above the Ford logo. Other than that the only numbers I have are the ones on the MAF sensor. Good luck!!
