Ok so I exploded my rear end a few weeks ago. Decided to go ahead and take this time to do my 8.8 swap. Got a good one from a 98 Explorer. All in all it has been fairly easy and straight forward ( although I had to dig kinda deep into my pockets to get my welder but it was worth every penny. ((Lincoln 180 Dual Voltage For $900 :p))

Well I have ran into a bit of a bind with my brakes... when they cut the line they cut it on the hard line from the exploder all in all not really screwing me but hurting a bit... See I have a lift so the 16" soft line is too short... It does not reach to axle, I measured and I need at minimum 22-23" to make up for travel in the suspension. Problem is I don't have the slightest idea on how to do brakes so I need some technical help and I nee to know what parts to buy... Here are some pics of what I am working with not sure if any of them will help...

Here is the new 8.8 :p caliper on the right was in a supre bind pretty much welded to the rotor from sitting that way for so long...
