Need Better Brackets! and tow hooks

After a night of muddin last night i came out covered and with nothin broken. After gettin home my girlfriend calls to have me pull out her jetta stuck on a local dirt road. After bouncin around all night muddin and pullin myself out without any problems, i bent my bumper brackets which are welded to my frame, pulling out a VW jetta... What should i use for new brackets and how should i fab tow hooks?

Bumper loooks nice. They bent? What gauge metal are you using for brackets? No winch mount? You might want to buy better hardware for towing then. I would look at some 4x4 sites and see what kind of hardware they offer and maybe look at other bumbers to see how they are set up and how it is mounted. Some of my friends weld tow strap links to their frames and they are heavy duty units. Hope this helps.
