Need advice

Looking to buy some aftermarket driving lights.

Would like lights that light up pretty good for street and highway use and something that wont break the wallet.

Can anyone give me some ideas what to buy and where to buy driving lights?
Also a good mounting location? It is on a 96 Ranger 2 wd.

umm here are mine, they are fog lights more or less, but there still really bright, they are on my 93 2wd ranger, there hell optilux 2500 "angel eyes" got em for 60 bucks from autoanything.com, i wouldnt buy from em again, but they got em to me no problems. comes complete with wiring harness and switch, relay the whole deal.
