Need a little help.....

Alright, i dont know if this i the right place for this but somthing up with my truck. every mornin i get into it to go to work, start it up, let it idle for about and minute and take off. i turn onto a big hill and start going up it, but when i put it to the floor theres like no power, and about halfway up the hill somthin happens and all of a sudden there it is and there i go. for some reason its lagging real bad when i first start driving it. it does it when i get outa work even on flat ground. put it to the floor and its got basically nothing for a few seconds then bam, there it is. anybody know whats going on???? im thinkin either i need a tranny flush, or my computer keeps reseting and theres too much air going in then it compensates for it?? just for shits and giggles i put a ricer cone on there cuz it was free and sounds better when you romp on it then my friends grand prix with duals.......anyways, thanks for any info that should come this way.

Does the Motor actually rev up when you stomp on it and the it seems like the tranny is delaying?

Or does the motor itself delay after stomping on it?

If it's just idling in Neutral, how is the throttle response?

its hard to explain without actually seeing it, you know? its like the engin is bogging, and its only slightly but its noticeable. like if you watch the tach when its doing it, you can see it bobbing maybe 100rms or so.
