has any one else narrowed the front end or rear of there truck (pideon nosed or boat tailed?), and how? pics?

I see it often referred to as "dovetailed"
There's a few here who have done it (Dirtraider is one that comes to mind, I think PatoV6 did it to his too)

I'll move this to the Fabrication section since such extreme bodywork probably fits better in there. :icon_thumby:

Basically I just cut down the pinch weld of the bed, right inside the wheel wells, pulled them in, and welded it back up. I think i cut something like 16" out of the tailgate.

Did a handle flip to the inside, smoothed it out, it still functions normally. Still one of my favorite things I've done to my truck.
