napa warrenty

ok never bought anything from napa but plan on doing the Saginaw Power Pump swap and napa is the only place i see that has it i normally buy frome the zone but the dont seem to have that pump my ? is do i have to keep the reciept or do they put it in some kind of system like autozone

always keep the reciept. get an envelope and keep it in your glove box.

I got my Saginaw pump from Advance Auto and paid $45 for it. And the warranty info is saved in the computer at the store purchased from.

unless you have the reciept you can only take it back to the store you bought it if the manager is cool enough to go back through the computer, they dont have a warranty system like the other stores have

And believe me, Autozone has that pump too. You just need to get the number from an online cross-reference since they don't allow the employees access to proper cross catalogs.

I've never had a problem with Napa warranty. Usually as long as I show up with the part in a Napa box there are no questions asked.

It's still good to have a receipt with you though.

I work at Car Quest, and its true that we can track stuff up to 3 years in the computer. However it will be easier on you and the store if you keep all your paper work.
