I got my new blend door installed now I have heat.... :icon_cheers:

The Napa part # is BK 660-1810... about $14.00

1.Removed the Glove box door & blend door motor..

2.Cut the bottom of the heater box open as explained in the heatertreater video and removed the old door..

3.Cleaned out the bottom "cup"

4. On top of the heater box there is a screw that mounts the piece the motor snaps into.. Loosen that screw about 1/8"..

5. Cut a piece of brake line about 1/4" long. Cut a 2 foot peice of light weight wire. Slide the wire up into the chunk of brake line, then bend the wire forming a hook. Then wrap a 1/2" wide peice of duct tape around the wire and brake line. When done it will look like a tiny little silver beer can at the end of the wire,,, LOL The "beer can" needs to fit slightly snug in the top of the new blend door...

6. Fish the "beer can" end of the wire down through the top of the heater box and out the big hole that was cut to remove the door...

7. Push the "beer can" into the top of the blend door and then put the new door up into the box while slightly pulling the wire out of the top..

8. Install the bottom post of the door into the bottom cup of the heater box..

9. Now back to the loose screw.. Take a long screwdriver and put it under the head of the loose screw and pry down slightly. This will bend the top of the box up adding more room to snap the door in place.. Put something against the screwdriver handle to hold it down, you'll need both hand for the next step..

10. With one hand on the blend door helping guide it, pull on the wire.. The wire will pull the top post of the blend into place.. Once it is into place just pull the small "beer can" and wire up out, then remove the screwdriver and retighten screw...

I then covered the hole with a peice of cardboard then duct tape..

Hope this is helpfull...

How did you do step 3?
