as a current napa employee, albeit saturdays only, it all depends on the people behind the counter. the one i work at, the guys are all good min 10 yrs exp at napa, 25 for me at napa. i deal w/ a couple other napa stores for my regular job, and the one closest to me s****s, if you know what i mean. the one next town over is great, all the guys know what there doing and bend over backwords to help. o, and another thing, they are owned by the same guy, go figure. well that's all and have a nice day
