Name that noise! (ugh!)

I this noise has been going on for a little while now. I am very busy so this is the first time that I have gotten a chance to take a long good look into it. I don't know if its a little valve chatter or a spun bearing. If someone could give me a little inside on what it could be that would be cool.

You can here it in the video I took. It's like a ticking/chattering noise and I hear it the best on the engine. Check the video out and see for yourself.

it sounds just like the normal valve train noises from the OHV 4.0. How many miles are on it. I would not worry about it unless it get's really noisey. Nice truck though!

It had the upper end rebuilt at 74k and there's 88k on it now. I've sunk quite a bit of money into it between the new heads and a trans rebuild I guess I'm on my toes just a little too much. Thanks... just washed it today since its actually 33* today and not -5 haha.
