hi I'm starting this topic just for the fact I want to hear what everyone has done to get that little bit extra power out of theirs. this is how my motor came to be was just shooting shit on the back porch 1 day.

Started with just keeping ob1 wiring so I needed a pre 95 block so distributor block off crank sensor still all there went with a 94 which had highest compression and first year of the header over manifold on exhaust and 02 sensor matched up. Then took intake off a 97 honed it out and built a ground for dsi to mount and a plug for the antifreeze hole in the side of the head. We took the fuel rail off the 97 with 42 lb injectors cause I could. Believe those slight mods made a significant gain in power your take iac and tps off old intake plug in new so all sensor plug right up.

Only thing I think else we could have done was get Volvo dohc heads bolt them up. anyone tried a trick I missed let me know . This frankienblock was my buddies idea
Too can't take full credit here a video of its first start
