Mystery tool thread.

I coulda told you that, but I didn't see it earlier :).

I've got some good ones too, still have to go close up the garage, might take a few pics...

Here's an easy one for us old farts.

I know what it is but I ain't sayin' I used to have one at one time.

Have one and a very leaky unopened can of vavoline. Great granddads last one.

I'm not old enough to have ever needed to use one of those but I do own several. I tried to use one on a can of pineapple juice once but aparently pineapple juice cans are tougher than old oil cans. I'm pretty sure I resorted to using the tool grumpaw pictured to get the can open since I didnt have a church key.

Hey that's a good one, who knows what a church key is!

Used to pump gas at a gas station in the early 60's, so I am intimately familiar with that !!!
As for a church key....still carry one in each of my tool boxes....never know when one might come in handy.

How about this one...

And this one...it's very specific and unless you have one I doubt any of you will guess !!!
And, no, it's NOT a Colt 45 bushing tool.

Yeah, the P38 was the easy one. Second pic will be hard, and the 3rd, unless you have one or have used one, will be VERRRRY hard. :icon_confused:
I'll give ya all a hint...their both used with firearms, but very specific.
And, it's 5 am....what else ya gonna do ???

Interesting. I always thought a church key and a P38 were the same thing. I guess I was wrong.

Two different tools...one for eating, one for drinking.
