I don't think chinese because of the apparent size of the people in the background. any idea where the picture was taken? otherwise some looking might reveal it to be one of those short lived late 80's/early 90's marques that our companies brought over similar to geo's, merkurs and what not.

its from the basement of some autoshop class in the states...

idk i wanna say it looks european by the styling tho...

just the way the grille is and the side markers look like they're off a jetta

The roof line, A, B, and C pillars look like a toyota carolla. The unibody looks nothing like a Neon, the Neon has a swoopier roofline and C pillars and the rear door doesn't match at all.

Headlights and a front bumper are easy to change. The unibodies main structure isn't.
