my truck is falling apart!!! ranger electric transfer case problem

alright about 2 months ago i started hearing this weird whining but broken bearing sounds under my truck.. it didnt really sounds bad until about 4 days ago when at a stop light it felt like my drive line was binding up, and the truck would barely move.. i stop and looked under the truck and i noticed my carrier bearing was SHOT!!!! i mean no bearing left! so i got back to my house somehow and had my brother order the new part.. well we got it in and everything seemed fine. till i started moving again, the new bearing helped the binding part but now theres this sound like there is broken glass in my transfer case. what could this be?? i am horrified to drive my truck cause i dont want anything to get more broken than it is..

can anyone tell what this is or tell em what i should do??

do the solid rear driveshaft swap, will eliminate all carrier bearing problems, check in the tech section, there is a detailed writeup on it.

since u have a carrier bearing im assuming extended cab

Start by draining the fluid in your Tcase. look at it closely. If it has a glittery appearance to it, you may need a new case. Unbolt the drive shaft and see if there is any slop in the tcase output. I am thinking that the output bearing may have bit the dust.
