Some shots of the front, the lines of the front tube is low because I will be running the full hood and a lot of the fenders overtop the tube

In the last picture you can see the working version of the current version of the tracbar.

Still lots to do, like adding more gussets and support bars for the cage, wiring, and plumbing, but the drivetrain and suspension is done,

Here some interior shots

DARN! i was really hoping as i was reading that this wasnt the last post by you. You've made yourself one sick rig there :icon_surprised: This is your first build? by the looks of it id think you've done more then a few. It looks like it'll be a very stout truck, best of luck to you!

Thanks, yes this is my first build but I am building it at a friend’s shop who has a lot of experience.

So we have made lots of progress but I have not taken many pictures.
Random under carriage shot.

And of the radiator which I choose to mount independent of the rear cage work in case the rear cage gets tweaked.

lookin sweet, cant wait to get action pics!

We flexed the truck out again so we could figure out the shock locations. The tires hit our "fender" tubes so we'll have to factor that into our bump stops to limit that.

First picture is modeled by a local legend (not Me).

Yea, I chuckled out loud before I even read this comment (while I was on page 3). It looks good, man. One helluva first project. That rear cage looks stiff as shit, and I'm surprised at the flexibility with the 44"'s. What are you doing/planning to build the C6?

Awaiting curiously to see later progress,
Pete

I gotta admit I love Tyra.
Thanks for all the comments.

AgPete
I had a local builder work on the C6, I do not remember exactly what was done since it was a year and half ago now, but he knew what he was doing, but basically a shift kit, HD bands clutches, and the mods to reduce the parastic losses ("rollarize" the thrust bearings or something). The 44's are the only thing limiting the flex, the front tire is just touching the tube fender in that picture, but the driver's rear is still firmly on the ground. Still I think it flexes enough.

I will post up more soon, I plan on it's first run in the next three weeks.
