think you need to fix that ranger its looking mighty sad, other than that i like the 96 f150 i have owned two of those body styles. i also like the 78, i used to plow with a 73 1ton with a 460 in it. and the colorado..... traitor

I wanted a Ranger when i got the colorado, but do you know how hard it is to locate a new Ranger with crank windows, rubber floors, stick shift, and a 4 cylinder?

Dustin

yeah, i have found a few tho, going to a dealer and asking them to do a search they will find anything you want.

Yeah but i went to the chevy lot and they had one in stock, and plus i get a GM supplier though work.

Its a 96 F150 XL, 300 6, E4OD, 4wd, got a manual T case with auto hubs (someone must of ordered it that way), D44/8.8 combo, and 145,000 miles. It had 118,000 on it when i got it. All ive done is got some of the rust fixed (there wasnt much there to begin with), put on duals (yeah i know, its a straight 6, but it sounds good with dual glasspacks), and put 3/4ton springs in back after the stock ones busted. 31x10.5BFG A/T's and a K&N filter.

Its been a good truck, jut had to replace a water pump in it.

Dustin

Nice Cub......

A friend of mine did a complete restoration on one (including rebuilding the flathead four).

Now it simply sits in the front yard like a showpiece.......

I use mine. Its amazing what a tractor that size can do.

Its no M or H, but it pulls and mows and pushes anything i need.

I think they make 10hp at the PTO on the back, i think the engine makes like 20. They got like a 4 or 5 inch stroke though and some hellacious gearing.

Dustin
