because id rather have the wireless transmitter

youll get better quality out of a cable then the fm transmitter

if he aint around a lot of stations it should work just fine..
if he's by memphis (city area) and lots of stations.. it sucks.

Well unless you find a GOOD fm transmitter, that is not false. I've had many and the apple brand was the only good one I've used. It was like $99.. I'd so rated buy a $5 cable.
But like I've said we have to many stations around here and most transmitters ain't strong enough.

well it might be just where you say you have too many stations, but over the years i/my brother have used several different types of the transmitters and they worked awesome. then for the mustang i bought a cord like u posted and i hated having it hooked on to the stereo all the time.

the one im using will be pretty similar to this. cant even notice its there hardly

I know have the headunit with USB that I use. It's just easier to me.. I have an iPod that stays in my truck. And I have an iPhone that I use otherwise. So.. I can leave it hooked up at all times in the glove box.
So no transmitter for me.. The USB keeps it charged and everything.

I say if it works for ya! Then good deal! Rock on! Lol

I tried wireless where I live, the 60$ belkin kit was a pos with tons of static. I live in the damn boonies and tried every free channel I could but with no effect. I then bought a 5$ tape adapter.......awesome but ghetto and it works 10x better than wireless.

I know how to boost a fm transmitter by 200%. :icon_thumby: Part of being a geek and electronics major. I did mine for my work truck but the PCB went bad so I had to RMA it.
