this is my newest ranger.....unfortunately i cant say that i built this one because i bought it this way, im not leaving it alone though, i killed the 2.9 liters of fury and im putting in either my 460 or a 351W out of a bronco in it along with a SAS out of a '79 F-150.

Sexy!

Gotta love a Black, Lifted Gen2, the only thing better is either a BII or some boobs!

Im not a fan of ground effect lights, or whatever you'd call em, but that looks real cool for some reason :D

the rims and tires are for sale....the tires are 35x13.5x15 toyo open country M/Ts and the rims are brand new from american racing. the front tires are pretty wore but the rears are still good. if anyones interested.

how much lift is on that thing, 6?, i didnt think 6 could fit 35s

yeah a 460....but im not sure if i want that or a 351? any suggestions?

4.0 - Very easy swap with a good amount of torque.

Why not a 302? Fit better and can make more than enough power.

I don't see the need for a big block in a Ranger, save for the cool factor

I hope you realize a big block is going to tear your truck apart the first time you get on to the throttle. The ranger chassis isn't meant for that kinda weight and power. You might as well start building a custom 2x4 .250 wall chassis if you want it to stand up.

use what you got, if you have the 460 use it baby. it would be sick!!!
