My New Ranger Hood!

Well.. My body guy brought my factory hood back to me. It's my steel hood with a little chop and fill. All Steel! The back edge of the cowl is .25" keyway stock to eliminate any dipping in the center. For $250 I am pretty happy. Got enough room to clear the air cleaner and should have enough room for a baby huffer (Weiand 177).

Another vehicle added to my black list. If your going to do a motor swap, keep it in the family, even distant family. Now don't get me wrong, IMO the 350 is one of the best motors ever made. I would just think a 302 or a 351 would look better under that hood.

Naa, Just kidding, sweet little truck you got there, I bet she's a screamer.
