My new FREE ranger project!


do you have any tips for building the beams, i work at a machine shop so i know i could do it. I dont want to get pivot brackets, i just really want bent beams!

It's a lot of work and really a science to get it right, but if done properly it's the cat's ass! Good luck and post up some pics if you go that route. I really wish I'd done that at the start of mine.:icon_cheers:
 
Well, i looked at the zimmerman link before, but it is very vague about the jig that was holding the beams, and how to measure the angle of the part thats cut and patched for the amount of lift you need. and yes there will be wheelin pics, and yeah the cab and box look to have been heavily massaged by trees and rocks.
