PS2... That my friend is the well known Konami code. Let’s go all the way back to 1988 and fire up our original Nintendo, where we can use that code to get 30 lives on Contra.

I never had an original nintendo, my first system was N64 (early 1997), after awhile I switched to PS2 (mid 2003).

I wish I had brought an extra Super Mario 64 to keep sealed in package when I got the N64.

This code also works on one of the "COD - Black OPS" games on the PS3. Instead of 99 lives, it converts the "Zombie" mode to the old "overhead" style (iirc)
