After my last day at work today, I board a plane to fly down to New Orleans for two weeks, just in time for Mardi-Gras. My brother lives down there, so I have a place to stay.

I'm so excited.

Actually, I plan on both of those things. I was in New Orleans a couple of years ago during the summer. My brother and I went down to Bourbon street one night, and somehow I came back $300 lighter. I don't actually remember anything about that night.

Wait, actually, I remember getting kicked out of a stripper club. Did you know that in Louisiana strippers can't take their little panties off? I found that weird, because here in Canada, they can go full nude.

Luckily, my brother's been living there for the past three years. So he's gotten to know the city fairly well. It will be like having a local as a tour guide.
