hmm, interesting looking, thats for sure....wouldnt that cause some turbulent flow ?

Ranger 5.0, dont really know about the flow yet.i want to take it to the track this weekend and run it , i will know more then.this truck has only been completed about a month and a half. i have no idea what kinda times it will run.

I personally think it would work better the other way.

lol, well, if you think about it, an H pipe wouldnt have that good of a "flow" in there, and realy, the main purpose is to equalize pressure right, second is to have the best flow possable....so after some corona, i think its realy not that bad of a plan

Yes, but its forcing the exhaust from one side to have to fight the downstream force from the other side. Most H pipes connect the two pipes perpendicularly. And X pipes cross each other and both flow downstream.

Ranger5.0, thats a good answer, and the corona dont sound bad either.

i agree with sasquatch and hahns...i think all your doing is forcing the two exhaust streams against themselves. a normal "H" pipe works more by vacuum (like blowing over the tip of a straw to cause the liquid to rise) then by the exhaust actually crossing through the pipe.
