My foxy baby lol

That's one of my goals is to have a dirt track in my back yard lol.

If it weren't for all those damn safety requirements I could afford to get into it.

Yeah damn safety nannys come on nascar started no seatbelts and wreck the shit outta eachother :p

And they used real cars, with different engine. None of that steel tube frame plastic body BS. Thats why modern nascar can suck it, I watch real touring car racing. Where if they have an off and rip their front bumper off, so long as all the wheels stayed on and the car still runs they get their ass back in the game.

Seriously, amateur racing would be SO much more accessible if they'd let me sign a waiver to not have to pay for the damned racing certified built rollcage, and the harnesses, and blah blah blah.

Yeah ive been trying to get into it for years but there is too many rules. And nascar has def gone down hill i do like dtm btcc. Tho i gotta say F1 is soooooo boring to watch i mean yeah the cars are technical marvels but if you touch someone you y thru the air at 258mph and then the car disintegrates when it come back down so you give everyone tons of space so no real competitive racing

Touring cars and Rallying are the truest forms of professional racing left in the world, imo. I respect F1 drivers, but I agree it's horrendously boring. Back in the day in BTCC you had Mustangs battling Mini's. I gaurentee you'd only see that on a track day nowadays.

You ever heard of 24 Hours of LeMons (and no, thats not a LeMans typo lol)

That would deffinitely break LeMons 500 dollar limit :P Although they do encourage bribes to get past the rules.

Sounds like the real lemans :p lol make sure you get a stroker under the hood ;) they no catch you on the straights

For that money I might as well boost the stock engine it would come with at about 8 psi, since it's only gotta run the race xD

My dream entry wouldnt be a legal entry for safety reasons. Picture steering done from ship's wheel mounted in the bed. :icon_thumby:

Very nice. I'm a huge fan of the 85/86 GT's. They were nice looking cars. I think they are going to be one of the more collectible Fox Body's in a few years.

I've owned an 85 GT and an 86 GT. I really need to find all of my pics of them. They are in a box somewhere under the stairs. This is the only one I have on my computer, and it's my 86. It's a a local Fords and Mustang show, and it won "best of class" for 79-86 this particular show. Of any car I've sold, I miss this one the most.
