My Doors Rattle!

Everytime I hit a bump something in both of my doors rattles. Im assuming its something that just loosened up because its the same noise from both doors. Has anyone ran into this problem before? Any solutions? I would like to get a feel for the situation before I take my doors apart.

Truck is a 97 Ex-Cab.

with my truck, it was the plastic bushing surrounded the door pin, replaced those and no more rattle!

I had the same thind on a 90. there was a rod going through the door with a nut on the bottom of the door. tightend that up and the rattle was gone.
