my cousin bobby was convicted of first degree murder today. about 4 years ago his mother in law had her bead bludgeoned in with a hatchet and he was living with her at the time and he got arrested for her murder, they just started the trial last week after 4 years of sitting in jail waiting. his attourney didnt even try to argue the case the only thing his attourney did was call his mom to the stand as a character witness. bobby is still claiming his innocence and the attourney didnt even fight. now the shit part her husband found out the day before that she was cheating on him, there was blood on his clothes and he wasnt even looked at as a suspect. the only evidence against bobby was some blood on his shoes and they said that because he is a big fan of icp and a hatchet was used that its a gang related crime.

they are seeking life in prison with possibility of parole after 51 years.

i dont know if he did it or not but the justice system sure didnt do its job.

if you want to look it up search for robert edward fritz and clinton tn

Ya know, thats a really sucky situation, I hope they can clear up what happened. God Bless ya man

Really need to talk to someone who knows what they are doing and what options are on the table. There has to be a way to have the case re-visited depending on lack of evidence or whatever a lawyer could find that would make that happen. It's a stretch, but try the innocence project, better than not doing anything at all. Sucks to hear though if he is innocent.

Edit:

"The prosecution rested Tuesday in the first-degree murder trial of a man accused of killing his mother-in-law with a hatchet in 2007, but not before calling a string of forensics experts who testified that Teresa Ann Busler’s blood was found on the shoes and clothing of Robert Edward Fritts. Busler was found dead by her husband in the bedroom of their Andersonville home on March 6th, 2007 and Fritts was arrested two months later and charged in her death. Experts testified Tuesday that bloody footprints found on the kitchen floor matched the shoes worn by Fritts and that her blood was also found on the hatchet believed to have been used in the murder. Spray paint was also found on Ms. Busler’s face that matched paint found on a shirt belonging to Fritts. Prosecutors say that Fritts was a member of a gang linked to the hardcore hip-hop group Insane Clown Posse that celebrates horror and violence in their music. Gang members are said to favor hatchets and often paint their faces white to resemble clowns. The defense will begin to present its case today and the trial is expected to continue through the end of the week. If convicted, Fritts could face life in prison without parole and he has been in custody at the Anderson County Jail since his arrest."

That doesn't look good man. =/

Anything is possible...

We had a guy here that was convicted of shooting his neighbor and dragging him behind his pickup, stuffing him headdown in a well and putting hay over the top. They don't think he was dead yet when he went in the well, they didn't find him until the hay blew away and they could see his feet sticking up. He admitted to it, was charged with life. Then he got a retrial and got off... couldn't get out of the civil suit though.

Personally, I would never air this dirty laundry on a public forum like this.

Anyway, ICP isn't a gang, just a bunch of worthless ****s that listen to shitty music. There is a lot more violence surrounding the fans that the actual band themselves.

That said, the evidence the media released (we know that's not always the whole truth) seems pretty solid against your cousin. Her husband would have had blood on his clothes if he's the one that found her. Only hope now is an appeal, with a good appeal lawyer. You have to research lawyers, I'm assuming he either got a state-appointed attorney or just picked the first schmuck in the yellow pages.

First I think this should be in Tailgate not the general section of TRS.
Second there could be a reason for not putting your cousin on the stand. Like lack of credability.
Third the prisons are full of the innocent people.

I just read several of the reports, kind of an odd situation going on. It does seem odd that there isn't anything mentioned about interrogation of the husband.

removed for fear of the ban hammer and drama

no need to remove it. if he did it i think a bullet to the head immeadiatly following sentencing is the best way to handle it.

hey icp is cool. and yes they just got the lawyer that was cheapest but not a public defender.

because he was never considered a suspect. from what im told he had some friends that were pretty high up in the local pd.

i think the ICP drama has gone way too far, i wouldnt call myself a juggalo but i like some of there cds(im more of a country/metal fan though). if you listen to all the fawked up cds consecutively from first all the way to the last, it actually comes out to a good meaning and how people are ruining there own lives.

ABK was just in our town and played at the delft, i have nothing against him either, my friend was actually his opening act.
