It's called 'the ranger lean' and they all do it to some extent. Simply put, there's more weight on that side of the vehicle than the other.. so they all sag a little more on that side over time.
 
As Blmpkin said, this is a common issue. You might be able to adjust the preload on the driver side torsion bar. The adjustment should be somewhere under the car approximately where the driver seat is.
 
Is lean worse in Front or Rear? Use a measuring tape only all 4 corners, while on level pavement.
Rear LeafSprings on Explorer\MazdaB\Mountaineer\Ranger\SportTrac\...
are notoriously weak, tend to sag on Drivers side after a few years,
due to extra weight of Driver+FuelTank
