Finally some progress... Ordered my Atlas tcase today, 1350 flanges and 4.3 ratio.....

and got part of the headers done, tacked for now and they'll be tigged by a buddy once I have them put together...

Are the fenderwell headers going to rub when you turn? I built a set for my Early Bronco and they were goin to hurt my turning radius with the 44s when the suspension flexed. I know mine on my F250 rub with only 38s. Both of my trucks are running a D60 front too.

I have over an inch of clearance at full lock and full stuff from ride height, it may get closer when the other side droop's all the way but I doubt it...

We'll see what happens...

I can find it so I'll ask you. Where did you get your fenders at? They look aftermarket but with no prerunner flare?

They're supposedly flared 5" but measure closer to 3". They're McNeil fenders, some oddball race version with a real high arc to them compared to their normal retail version.

Have to call and ask... I ordered them and was told a 3 week wait, they were repairing their molds (no big deal). Chad called me the day before delivery to confirm everything and realized I had a 97 and not a 98... He dug these outta the back somewhere so I didn't have to wait any longer.

Life... Not owning a running vehicle out of 3 in my name until today, helping with other peoples projects, moving to a new job outta town etc... New job is 6/6 so I should have more time to get working on it!
