My Bronco 2


Well we just found out that the puppy has parvovirus... He's at the vet getting his several day treatment. This is killing me... Didn't realize something would mess with me so much. I just hope he gets better... I don't wanna lose him...

I have no idea why I'm typing this here; but just pray for Charlie to get better.
 
That sucks, last year I had to put one of my cats to sleep. He was having seizures and he was in pain. We hated to do it. Felt like I just lost a member of my family. It's normal for people to get attached to their pets.
 
i know, i've been thru it all before with my first puppy...
i'm just worried...
 
Oh man I am sorry. It will be OK. I know how you feel. I got a puppy (well 10 months old at the time) last Feb from the local pound andwe had to rush her to the hospital the next day. We found out she had Parvo. She was in the hospital for a few days but she came out better and happier than ever. It will be a rough few days but I am sure it will be fine.

yeah.. i'm worried. but the worst thing is, my girlfriend (its actually her puppy) is going crazy.. she finally fell asleep. she was up w/ Charlie(the dog) since about 1:30, so when the vet opened at 7 we went up there. so we were laying on the couch and she fell asleep. i wasn't to comfy so i got up. but at least she's getting sleep now. she's used to him sleeping with her and all, so i doubt she'll sleep much the next few days. i mean i'm sure that he will recover.. i hope so... he's only about 4 months old, so he's still young. that's what worries me.
 
Shock towers delivered to my house as of 30 mins ago. Can't get pics... I'm not home..

Good news is I've got hubs and towers out of money from where I've sold jeep d30 stuff. Stuff I was gonna need but now I don't.

Now I just need to sell these deaver cool springs
 
Why not go for a 1350M? Or look into the Shiftster.

And I'm sorry to hear about your puppy man.
 
I ain't found a 1350M here either..
And NO Shiftster.. Not crawling under my truck lol. I just want the option of N. Dolly without removing driveshaft... If I ever need 4x4 and the E motor doesn't work-- I can just take it off and move it manually- but them I'm getting muddy. I just wanna find a 1350 or 4 Manual. That way I could do a doubler in the future possibly.

Are the gears the same? I shouldn't have any problems with a 1350 and 33's and stuff right? You're running one ain't ya?
 
Yup the stock one. And my doubler is one too. There aint 1354Ms to be found here either. The only real difference that I know of is the plantary set inside. The 50s have 4 gears, the 54s have 6, but you can pull one of those from an electric version.
 
so i could take the 1354E gear set out of it and put it in a 1350M. ok cool.

so i had an interesting experience w/ my truck a few mins ago.
went to leave my gf's to come to work, got in my truck put my laptop backpack down, went to crank it (remember the wire to the solenoid?) and the battery was low.. i have 2 batteries, 1 deep cycle marine w/ starting battery and one International semi battery. well it didnt wanna turn over. so i get out to go actually cross the solenoid, thinking the wire wasn't getting 12 volts. when i crossed it, the alarm locked my truck... keys in the ignition. dang... oh well, i got an extra key in my wallet.... DANG, my wallets in my backpack (remember where it is?? lol)...

so i called my bro to bring me my extra keys... when we were playing w/ the solenoid i realized my truck was locking and unlocking when i crossed it, so my gf went to the doors one by one to catch it as it unlocked-- she couldn't get any of them. so she tried the liftgate, she got it... had to climb thru my truck and get my keys... then jump start my truck. w/ 2 dead batteries... i don't get it!!!
 
I don't know what power locks are sorry.
 
Oh mine came with them. I'm sure the driver door would still work, but I know the pass and hatch wont.
 
my alternator is showing 13 volts at an idle... but my batteries are showing WAY weak... idk why.. dad is taking my truck home now, he left me with his truck, this way mine can be at home and cooled down when i get off work-- so i get to start trouble shooting. first thing is charging the batteries. then checking the wires that run under the body for my amps. maybe one of them is rubbed to somewhere. idk, i still plan on finding a 140 amp alt. so if its my alt, then its getting upgraded in the process. one of the batteries is almost new, the other is like 2 years old. if one is weak its gonna pull the other down to...
