Glad you are ok. It is good that it took the crash like it should have. Was it closer to being a head-on, or closer to a t-bone? Looks like it hit kinda head on, in the corner. Did another car hit you while you were sidways or something (bed damage)?

It was close to a head on but i swerved to the right so we clipped corners, the bed damage is from her car spinning and hitting mine after we clipped in front

The insurance folks havn't looked yet, but i'm assuming they'll write it off, the frame looks bent to hell in front, and the side that wasent hit is bowed as well...i just kills me to see my truck like this...oh well coulda been worse.

Looks like that brush bar definately absorbed some energy for ya. Unfortunately it looks like the front end is shifted a few inches to the passenger side which says frame damage to me. Thats a shame. Was a good looking ranger.

see if they will write it off and let u keep the truck, then u can always part out whats lef of it and good, seats/ motor trans etc. or keep them to put into a project wheeler

i say you should by it from the insurance company and transplant what ever you could in a 95+ ranger(for ttb), or 98 ranger for IFS

at least your airbags came out, in my 99 Sport i tboned a girl that pulled out in front of me (ruled her fault by cop) at 50 mph and my airbags didnt deploy, and boy i was sore as crap

I have my doubts about getting punched in the face by a 200mph air bag. Would rather go mostly with the seat belt.

Compared to however fast your head will whip forward without, I would much rather have the airbag there to slow me down.
